An issue for hosting a music festival?

Hello,

I haven't played in a long time and was curious whether there is a masterlist of all possible issues somewhere.

I was thinking it would be fun from an Arts and Culture standpoint to have an issue allowing one's nation to host (or reject, or otherwise limit) a major music festival with international appeal. But I wasn't sure if such an Issue already exists.

If you're looking for what's already been done with an eye to write your own issues, the spoiler thread in this very forum is probably more useful. That said, it's pretty big, so it can sometimes be tough to search it for what you're interested in. Some people have attempted a project to categorize issues by subject, but any such categorization is necessarily incomplete.
