The Plundered Tomb

The town of Mossbreak stands vigil over the resting place of a fallen hero, who spent a lifetime fighting countless evils that ventured forth from somewhere in the dark. A curse protected the tomb against thieves and vagabonds, but the warnings were not enough to deter the fools that broke in one fateful night. They fled into the night, chased by the ghoul that they had awoken with their trespass. It emerges whenever the ley’s light dims, ceaselessly tormenting the living in search of those that wronged its master. The once quiet town now lives in fear of each slumbering, for the dead do not take kindly to intrusions upon their rest.

Looks good Bentus! Only thing I'd point out is that while the premise of the adventure is there, the shall we say means to it are missing (ie how people are going to gather to go on an adventure to solve the problem, who's hiring and whatnot).

Yeah, I erred on the side of keeping it short and sweet. I'm thinking that the town put out a request for aid, possibly specifically through the Themicite Temple. I'd have Nyx offer to take on the mission and she'd gather a team to go with her, to be reimbursed by the Temple for their services.

We are indeed still here, most of us have just been busy I believe, but things are still in the works

Inactivity is partly my fault to be honest, haven't been writing as much as I should these past few weeks. I'll try to get something up this weekend.

Hey everyone, sorry for been missing. What has happened so far now in the RP.

Hey everyone, sorry for been missing. What has happened so far now in the RP.

The last thing you were here for was the battle with the Firstborn, correct? Not much has happened since. The Blade of Amaranth group arrived at Avernus and has now set out to the mountains after a day of rest and relaxation. That's where we currently are and unfortunately I have not been able to post with any sort of regularity, which has stalled that particular questline. If you have any interest in the other ones I can fill you in, though you'll have to let me know what was the last thing you read about them.

To everyone else: sorry that I have not been able to post here for a while now. I'm still interested in continuing, but have struggled to find the motivation to work out a post. I have one currently in the works that I'll be trying to finish in the next few days, for anyone who's still here.

EDIT: As luck would have it, I managed to finish it today of all days, with a huge power outage in my city. Lol. I'll try to get something up for the other quests as well in the following days, assuming Tom's still interested in continuing (I'll be sure to get in touch with him of course).
