Ideologically opposed, but there would be no reason to invade unless some major diplomatic event happens, otherwise why would you bother sending ships or planes halfway across the world? We're not even a major world power.

They are pretty centrist, so they would have no reason to invade us, no NS stat for defence forces yet, so they wouldn't even have a military to invade with, let alone a navy or air force (Insulamia is an island). Judging by the name, it appears to be in the Southern Hemisphere, far away from Insulamia.
So no, the South Haven would not invade Insulamia.
