Small remote controled inflatable boats are launched and sent full of rifles, ammunition, medical supplies and instructions. These instructions say how to use a rifle, how to reload it, how to treat wounds and specific instructions that once the supplies have been unloaded, that everyone that is too wounded to be treated in Hong Kong needs to be put on these boats and to signal to the fleet by radio, that wounded people are coming.

Which states that all asylum seekers from Novo Rossiya and Hong Kong shall be granted asylum, in order to protect these citizens from thier cruel governments and oppression. Expatriates can apply for citizenship within Erloane or move to any nation of thier choosing within the year.

Hypersonic missiles are launched from the strategic battlecruisers aimed at the Great Hall of the People. VTOL fighters are also launched from the battlecruisers and acompanying ships to provide air cover. Even more rifles and supplies are sent to Hong Kong, with Naval Infantry escorting supplies and deploying inside Hong Kong to protect civilians. Armed air cushion ships patrol around Hong Kong and look for any boats returning from Hong Kong.
