1. Realistic, MT support. I don't want to suddenly become a regional superpower just have a realistic reason for having had a successful revolution.

2. Links to storefronts or factbooks are appreciated.

3. This also may be used historically, and not necessary for the present time but to provide a basis for how the revolutionaries obtained arms, money, etc.

There is a democratic senate that proposes most solutions and makes most minor laws. The leader of the biggest party is the prime senator, who, with the help of other positions, can veto our 'king'. The senate also allows the 'king' to see what political people are popular, giving them the chance to rise in the ranks.

However, the Korwinian Anthrostate's award will be contingent on the condition that the rights of the Queer (LGBTQ+) community will be absolutely and eternally enshrined and protected by both Saint Marcelese law and the constitution.

Upon receiving this financial aid, the government of the Democratic Republic of Saint Marcel will guarantee and protect the rights of the Queer community to the best of their ability. Specifically: the right of a same-sex couple to an equal marriage, complete and total protection from discrimination, both private and public, the equal treatment before the law in all its forms, mandatory affirmative action quotas for Queer individuals into places of government and government policy, the inclusion and input of the Queer community in the making, deliberation, and implementation of social and other government policy, complete protection from discrimination and absolute right to join and advance and serve freely in the armed forces of the Democratic Republic of Saint Marcel, the guaranteed and protected right of access to Healthcare without discrimination or disadvantage intentional, in private and public, the complete and unrestricted right of Transgender individuals to change their legal gender and have access to services that meet their transition goals, the complete and total right for nonbinary (NB) individuals to change their gender identity with public and private records and have that fully recognized before the law, the complete and total right of Queer individuals to live where they please without threat of discrimination, displacement, or threat of violence, the total and absolute protection from housing, rental, and insurance discrimination on account of sexual orientation, gender identity, and / or relationship status with individuals of the Queer community, and absolute and progressive constitutional defense against anti-sodomy laws, anti-buggery laws, anti-crossdressing laws, regressive and reactionary laws against gender transition or prohibition of pathways to obtain therein, prohibition of recognition of nonbinary pronouns or legal gender change with legal documentation, and any threat or dejure unequal treatment of members of the Queer community in the eyes of the law.

These conditions must either be codified by law or guaranteed within the constitution of the Democratic Republic of Saint Marcel either before said award is given, or immediately implemented upon receival of said award. The government of the Korwinian Anthrostate retains the right to revoke and / or refund said award if the above conditions are either not met in full or are rescinded after award is awarded or expires.
