So, how is the process of getting a driving license in your country? i will start...

What categories there are of driving licenses? Categorie 1, for 4 wheeled cars. Categorie 2, for motorcycles. Categorie 3, for smaller buses and smaller trucks. And categorie 4, for bigger trucks and buses (above 5 tons).
Is required to a citizen to have a driving license so that he can own a car? No, a citizen can have an automobile in his name but he will not be able to drive it by himself without the license.

What is the full process for getting a drivers license in your country?
1. Go to a registered driving school, and start the process with your ID, signing a declaration that you will take full responsability with the right to drive.
2. Pass trough at least 4 classes (minimum one hour each) on driving laws, safe driving, and basic mechanics. This for categorie one, others will require at least 7 classes (minimum of one hour each).
3. Pass trough 4 practical driving classes (one hour each) in safe empty areas. This for categorie one, others will require at least 7 classes (minimum of one hour each).
4. Pass trough 4 practical driving classes (one hour each) in urban areas and roads. This for categorie one, others will require at least 7 classes (minimum of one hour each).

The applicant have the right to film the classes to attest he has done everything right. After this, the applicant will have to take the doccuments from the driving school, go to a local Department of Motorized Vehicles and require his driving permit. He will then receive the document, in form of a card, and now he is a driver.

What categories there are of driving licenses? Car, Motorcycle, Small Truck, Bus, Large truck

Is required to a citizen to have a driving license so that he can own a car? Yes

What will prohibit someone from getting a license? Bad eyesight, medical conditions and court order (a repeat violator of road rules may be banned from driving for life).

Driving is taught as part of the core curriculum in high school - you cannot graduate high school without a drivers license unless you have a medical exemption.

For those wanting more specialised licenses, you can apply to be trained by specialist institutes (or an employer) once you have a car license. Usually training takes six months to a year and has a theory test as well as a practical exam required to pass, though training must be a minimum of six months.

What categories there are of driving licenses?Cars, motorcycles, trucks (which in turn are divided into sub-categories).

Is required to a citizen to have a driving license so that he can own a car?yes.

What will prohibit someone from getting a license? Not being faithful to the government, not being a Catholic Christian, having committed sufficiently serious crimes.

Is driving without licenses a crime in your nation?Yes, and it takes up to five years of hard labor if the criminal violates the highway code.

What is the full process for getting a drivers license in your country? To obtain a driving license, you must go to the dedicated office in your municipality of residence and apply for it. Then you have to show three basic documents to be authorized to drive, that is your identity card, the authorization from the government obtained only after having spent a year in the army and having passed rigorous driving exams and the documents confirming the fact that the future licensed in question is loyal to the government, is a Czechoslovakian citizen and can speak fluently the three official languages of the country (Italian, Czech and Slovak) and is a Catholic Christian. after showing the documents mentioned above, the office of the cmune dedicated to driving licenses makes a final check to see that the candidate is a pure Czechoslovakian (that is, with at least twelve people in his family tree born in Czechoslovakia) and, if everything is correct, gives his driving license to the newly licensed.

Women can start to drive as soon as they turn 17; no licence is required.

Men are not allowed to drive unless commanded to do so (and supervised) by a woman.

Over the age of 16 and without licensing one may operate a 2- or 3-wheeled vehicle below 5hp and with a top speed below 60 km/h. In the 1950s the licensing of a german Sachs 50cc two-stroke engine brought forth the first great wave of motorisation in the country, and the technical standards and exams are notoriously lax regarding them, so even today getting a 50cc and upgrading it is a cherished hobby for many rural youth of the country.

Image
Dongfeng-1, 1952

A normal car, rare as those are, requires a specific license and a set of lessons and certifications (first aid, traffic sign exams, night driving etc.) and a minimum age of 18.

further classes regulate trucks below and above 10 tons, agricultural vehicles and tracked craft: the army usually administers tank lessons and takes the test.

Boats below a weight of 5 tons require no license if the motive power involved does not exceed 5hp. Above that a series of classes governs everything from canoes to container freighters.

Generally one must maintain ones vehicle according to the rules for the specific class, but even class-1 vehicles have to be taken to the authorities once a year and tested: do the technical installations work and does it conform to the rules for that class? Also general insurance is mandatory, as is a genera license plate that is the same size and shape for every vehicle on public roads and must be displayed at all times in a specific location mandated for every vehicle. Technical installations like indicators, mirrors and even exhaust silencers are mandated by the state and are subject to inspection: driving around without mirrors for instance can cost you your vehicle. Traffic rules are very strict, though not that effectively enforced: patrols and controls are rare, and mostly automated. Speed cameras and tracking systems that recognize the license plates are pretty ubiquituous these days, and are widely used for general policing purposes.

Private vehicles of the higher classes are very rare, and even those mostly are very small and basic when compared to foreign brands, motorbikes are much easier to actually acquire.

What categories there are of driving licenses? Private, Taxi, Commercial (trucks)
Is required to a citizen to have a driving license so that he can own a car? Yes.
What will prohibit someone from getting a license? Nothing, although restrictions may be placed on those convicted of driving offences.
Is driving without licenses a crime in your nation? Yes, generally a $100 fine or 1 month in prison although enforcement is lax.
What is the full process for getting a drivers license in your country?
In order to get a private license one must appear at a Local Government Office with a Ministry of Transport form #114 filled out and ID photo attached. Then a potential driver must pass an eye test and theoretical test. Taxi licenses require a further theory test while Commercial licenses require a practical test conducted by an agent of the Ministry of Transport or a Police Officer. Commercial drivers normally spend several months or years as an apprentice driver before applying for a license and going to drive independently.

What is the minimum age for getting a driver license?
15 (for Class G licenses)
17 (for Class M licenses)
20 (for Class T and Class E licenses)

What categories there are of driving licenses?
- Class G (General, allows the operation of all vehicles other than motorcycles, tractor trailers, and emergency vehicles)
- Class M (Motorcycle license)
- Class T (Tractor trailer license)
- Class E (Emergency vehicle license)

Is required to a citizen to have a driving license so that he can own a car?
No, although it is certainly more difficult to purchase and own a car without a driver's license.

What will prohibit someone from getting a license?
- Certain medical conditions
- Vision issues (it is required to have at least 20/70 vision, with or without the usage of corrective lenses, in order to receive a driver's license)
- Criminal penalties (one can be permanently prohibited from acquiring a driver's license as a punishment for certain driving-related crimes)

Is driving without licenses a crime in your nation?
Yes, driving either without a license entirely or without an appropriate license is a crime and is punishable by a minimum of a 250 GDY fine and a maximum of 4 years in a rehabilitation centre.

What is the full process for getting a drivers license in your country?
- One must complete 40 hours each of in-class and real-world driver's education and must possess a signed and dated document certifying their completion of these courses
- One must bring the aforementioned document, along with an accepted form of photo ID, to a branch of the Ministry of Transportation where one will take their driver's examination
- One must pass the driver's examination with at least a 90/100 score, as it is understood that no one is going to be a 100% perfect driver, so one or two minor mistakes can be overlooked. However, it must be noted that failing certain parts of the test are an automatic failure and require one to retake their driver's education courses before they can take the examination again.

After one passes their driver's examination, congratulations! Then they will receive either a provisional Class G driver's license (for those aged 15-18) or a full Class G license. If one has received a provisional Class G license, then it can be upgraded to a full Class G license after having possessed the provisional license for a minimum of 18 months and have received no points against their license by taking the driver's examination again.

The above process only applies for acquiring a Class G license.

To acquire a Class M, Class T, or Class E license, one must already possess a full Class G license and otherwise undergo the same procedures that were required to acquire the Class G license, although the educational courses for the other classes of license focus entirely upon the class of vehicle that each license allows one to operate.

Also of note is that there are no provisional licenses issued for Class T and Class E, only full licenses.

in nolo gap, as in cameroi, you probably don't live within five miles a road suitable for driving anything like what humans would call a car on,
but within half a mile or less, of some sort of rail/guideway based transit system.

segways, people powered vehicles such as bikes and trikes, and of course powered mobility assisance devices for the mobility challanges, require no licensing.

agricultural, construction and mining mechines also require no licensing to be used as motor vehicles, in rural areas, not within incorporated communities.

there are no age restrictions, however a person may be banned from operating a personal vehicle temporarily or even permenintly for doing so incompitantly or in a manor demonstrating malicious intent.

we have transit systems scaled to demand, including very small form factor ones, almost everywhere, and so few vehicular roadways, that owning a personal motor vehicle is simply neither neccessary nor practical for anyone not living far from even the smallest villages.

What is the minimum age for getting a driver license? 18
What categories there are of driving licenses? Cars (up to 5 passengers), Cars and busses (5-20 passengers), Big busses (20+ passengers), trucks (3.5t-10t), big trucks (+10t), other vehicles (military, cranes, agricultural), motorcycles that can go faster than 50kph need a license, slower not.
Is required to a citizen to have a driving license so that he can own a car? no
I driving without a license a crime? Yes
What will prohibit someone from getting a license? Not passing the exam or medical conditions
What is the full process for getting a drivers license in your country? First you get a theoretical exam of 100 multiple choice questions, you need at least 85 to pass. For each incorrect question yo get -1 for each coreect +1 and not answering is 0. Then you get medical exam where eyesight and stuff get tested. The last step is the practical exam: you drive an hour with someone who grades you. If you pass you get your license. Every 10 years you need to come again to take a small 20 question test and a new medical exam. When you break rules in traffic there is a chance that we take your license and then you need to do these steps again (happens a lot).
