"Mhmm. Would you be for a few of our soldiers staying here to maintain peace and watch out while we go get your vaccines?"

“Not at all,” the al-Hajia said. “Good bless you all.”

"Thank you very much." the officer then offered a handshake. Meanwhile the translator has rounded up Erloanean soldiers and gave them their orders. "Sword platoon stays here. Rest´s packing up." Troops immediately start preparing for their leave. Soldiers of Sword platoon stay and keep interacting with civilians.

After the trains and RIFVs were loaded up Erloaneans waved.

Airports are packed across the world as Insaanis try to leave the country or return to their homeland. The 2 weeks notice was enough time for the economists and the generals to get everything in order. It was not enough time for people to decide where they wanted to spend the entirety of the rest of their lives. Would they rather stay in Insaanistan forever, or never again see their homeland?

Madinat Al-Islam, Sharifistan

Muhammad stuffed the last of his bags as the tv blared a Turkish drama.
“Hercai can wait,” he mumbled to himself. Shaheeda entered his room as he hoisted up the bag and walked into the hallway.
“Muhammad, be reasonable,” she said.
“I am not going to spend the rest of my life away from Insaanistan.”
“Muhammad, you heard what Abdülfetih said! The people who killed the rest of our family are still looking for us! You’re gonna go back and make it easier. You’re mad!”

“She’s right, Muhammad”, Khadijah said.

He snapped his neck around and looked at them coldly. “We came her to wait until things got better. I hate Yusuf, I really do, but things are calmer now. You’re gonna hide in this foreign land for the rest of your life instead of going back to your people? Some spy you are! You’re a bloody coward!”

Shaheeda grabbed him by the arm. “Listen here, you son of a-“

At that moment, both of their eyes glowed gold.
“Muhammad? Shaheeda? What ha… are you alright?” Their eyes returned to their normal colors. Muhammad began crying a bit.

“Well,” he said, “you’ve gotten what you wanted Shaheeda.”
He turned to Khadijah. “We won’t go back. We can’t.” He wiped the tears from his eyes.
“God have mercy on this earth. Things get worse from here.”

French Riviera, France
“Davud, be sensible,” his wife said to him.
“Meri jaan,” he said. “Please. There’s only one more flight going back toni-“
“Davud, no. I want my child born in France, not Insaanistan.” She looked off in the distance. “There’s too much blood on the earth in Insaanistan.”
“There isn’t blood on the earth here?” he asked, bewildered. “Wolof blood, Haitian blood, Amazigh blood, Arab blood, right here in France. Layers and layers of it!”
She looked down.
“My love,” he said. “Insaanistan is not perfect, I know. But there is no land like my land.”
“England is your land,” she said, smiling slightly.
Davud laughed. “No. England is not my land. Insaanistan is.”
Without warning, his eyes shined gold.
“Davud? Davud? Are you alright?” Maryam asked. When the light subsided, Davud’s eyes widened. There was dispair & worry in them.
“What’s wrong?” she asked him.
“The world will suffer a great deal,” he said. “And I think it’s partially my fault.”

Nura Khan’s eyes shone gold before the light subsided. She looked down. To those around her, her expression was hard to read, and the event that just had taken place disconcerting. One of the PPC officials with her inquired as to what had happened.
“This world will suffer great hardship,” she said. “And we shall not help. The blood of those yet to be born shall be shed. Chaos & destruction has already begun, but it shall soon worsen. The worst is yet to come.”

The official shrugged off her odd ramblings as effects from the long term use of the anesthetics. Nura looked out the window, and began reciting the dhikr quietly under her breath.
