Are all flags allowed in NS?
I was wondering cause one of my friends was asking me about one flag with blood in it and I didn't know if it was allowed.
I wanted to know which flags you cannot have so my friend does not get in trouble.

Eh, to say that 'swastikas are not allowed' isn't really accurate.

To quote the site policy on 'malicious' content:

The swastika isn't specifically banned on NationStates, because we don't ban particular references or arrangements of pixels. But since it is widely seen to symbolize specific real-life events--in particular, the Holocaust--it is usually unacceptable, as an endorsement of violence against real-life people.

The key words there are 'usually unacceptable', while I certainly couldn't use a swastika in my flag considering my nation's current theming (I've been here for quite some time and I'm smart enough to know that my nation calling itself 'Grand Fascist State' + having swastika in flag would be, at the very least, a one-way ticket to getting my flag removed), a nation that has absolutely nothing to do with Nazism or fascism could use a non-Nazi swastika without issue.
