[RESOLVED] WA Event Advertising In GA Subforum

Evening, mods!

I just wanted to reach out and make sure that the following isn't a rules violation.

I, and some other organizers of the Third World Assembly Symposium, wanted to advertise in the GA (and GP, for SC related stuff) subform so we could solicit submissions for that event. I wasn't sure if soliciting submissions for an event which involved the GA in the Ga subforum would be a rules violation, so I wanted to check first!

The respective WA forums aren't just for drafting proposals. They can host broader GA/SC community discussions too, and that can include events. What you've described sounds like it's probably okay.
