While We agree with this proposal in sentiment, as We see the environment as a physical manifestation of the Goddess Herself, We think that this proposal is incomplete. We particularly object to the clause strongly recommending that public parks be free for all entrants, especially considering that the previous clause mandates that park employees be well paid and park maintenance be well-funded. Charging entry fees is a useful and necessary way to provide funding to green spaces and ensure environmental protections through taxes. It is for this reason inter alia that We must vote AGAINST this proposal. In the event that a more thorough and well-thought out proposal is submitted, We would be glad to give our full-fledged support.
