In Vrine, a typical breakfast ussually consists of and egg on toast, served with garlic bread of all sorts. Sit down at breakfast time to have this with some coffee is a great idea. You can actually dip this bread in bbq sauce if you just LOVE the dipping vibe. Don't forget the pepper, too, that's really important!

In Proshe, a typical breakfast, is more, a lunch lol. When it comes to Proshe, a typical breakfast consists of a heavy loaf of turkey of chicken, with gravy, and served with fiddle heads or pickles with lemongrass, as well as pepper. You can have rice with it too, but that's a bit rare to see considering it's better for lunch.

Modern Tangatarehua tends to follow a lot of western trends when it comes to breakfast [toast, cereal, bacon and eggs, etc. have become popular in recent decades] however a more traditional breakfast usually consists of raw fish or a baked kumara (sweet potato) and with manuka honey and green tea.

In Sandalos, breakfast is a relatively simplistic affair with various breads and sauces, with either fruit or meat slices or any type of egg acting as a topping (the main dishes for the various cultural entities within Sandalos vary, however this is the main Sandalosi breakfast). And for drink, it usually something sugary, alcoholic, or just plain water. Tea and coffee are also options, as well as milk, with the preferable option being goat's milk.

In the only-non Jain-dominant province of Maleibidulu-Samberiti, spiced & aromatic rice cakes called "itili" are consumed with dokhlas and are increasingly consumed elsewhere in Safiloa.

Most of Safiloa is vegan, however, a large portion of the inhabitants of Maleinbidulu-Samberiti are fruitarian

Metroksians do not eat breakfast usually as it is a common belief that it hurts one's stomach. Only people who must work graveyard shifts are found eating before 10 am, but there is an amazing culture of coffee and tea for the early morning as it is also common belief that caffeine is less harmful and more effective when the stomach is empty.

Popular pre-meal drinks include;

Latte Metroskosi, a stiff coffee drink characterized by minimal goat's milk mixed with an egg white that is foamed and floated on top, a cube of sugar, and light roasted coffee.

Rize tea, grown in the rural island adjacent to the city-state itself where the Turkic inhabitants live, but it is beloved by Turk, Greek, Jew, and Italian in the city alike. Drank neat, with a cigarette.

Sezve, extra dark unfiltered coffee boiled with the aid of red hot sand. Sugar optional, but the majority opt for at least one cube.

A typical breakfast in Northumbria would be enough to give the people of other nations heart disease within a week.

In Gonswanza it typically amounts to "whatever I can find in the pantry/fridge/freezer" in that order. Usually, it results in plates such as:

Eggs, scrambled, with a side of breakfast sausage links and ham on toast, with a side of milk or grapefruit juice (or both).

Steak and gravy on toast, with a side of tomato and cabbage, paired with milk (or OJ).

Bacon, eggs, and a chunk of cheese with country-fried chicken and coffee, plus pancakes on the side.

Of course, that's not to say that these plates are the only combinations present, as they are a small selection of the various options for breakfast. Typically, however, the common combinations use at least two different sources of protein, one source of fats, one drink, and one source of grains or fiber. There are stranger combinations that usually involve rather strange methods of preparing food, but those would be too dangerous to share.
