The Embassy of the People's Republic of Sandalos is hereby ACCEPTED. An office is being prepared on the Calle de Fraternidad in San Jorge, and a 3 cases of some of Tropico's finest Rums (one white, one dark, and one spiced) have been prepared as gifts.

The Commonwealth additionally wishes to initialise an educational exchange with Tropico for secondary, tertiary, and vocational students, and to initialise some reciprocal access to media (films, books, etc...) as part of a cultural exchange. The Commonwealth is also amenable to a mutual tourism subsidy plan.
