[BUG] Nation with #1 spot in all categories

Not sure if it's a hacker or a bug, I think it's a bug but. This nation is #1 in litterally all his categories and no numbers are showing up when I check his stuff.

It's a bug (the fact that they hadn't logged in for 65 days might have been a clue). Fixed.

Both of those were failed CTEs. I've deleted and restored both of them, which should resolve the issue.
