South Olpen and Vikania are in a state of war. It all started when the Olpenese drone program was scaring other nations with the capabilities the drones posses. To counter this, the Vikansians started a clone program. The only problem was that those clones were of Meretican descent and did not consent all while they were being ordered to serve the Kaiser. The tipping point was when the Kaiser and parliament were overthrown.

Standard II rules apply, plus any common sense thing. You can add troops after your orbat, but be reasonable.

Didn’t think of that... but still, you need to go through at least a three post process to say you have drones. So, if you can’t announce it you can’t really have it.

Please lower the total amount of troops by at least 2/3’s if needed you can state your adding more. Just about a couple IC weeks ago you said mass production of borophene was impossible, even if you made a breakthrough right at that moment you still couldn’t have 75k sets already. Lower to maybe about 27k for borothene?
