Military Description: The Military of the Federal Republic of Central American States currently stands at 115,000 enlisted personnel and 60,000 reserve personnel. Its equipment is a mixture of domestically manufactured copies of German firearms and vehicles produced under licence as well as German equipment purchased outright from the German Empire. Attempts are being made to become develop home-grown designs, but the small manufacturing sector of the nation has stunted those efforts.
Its navy largely consists of a handful of light cruisers, coastal defence gunboats and torpedo boats. Its forces are split between two coastlines which requires traversing the Panama canal should either fleet need reinforcements, which comes at the discretion of occupying US forces.
Tech Tree: Militarily German, domestically Spanish.
Economic Description: The economy of the Federal Union of Central American States is largely agrarian, exporting several million tonnes of crops internationally, including rice, banana, sugar cane and coffee beans. The manufacturing industry is largely concentrated around the state of El Salvador, with 34% of its GDP coming from industries such as textiles, precious metals and petroleum. The remaining states see only 15-20% of its GDP coming from industries outside of agriculture. In the early years of the Federation the current member states pledged large portions of their treasuries towards improving the infrastructure of their nation, primarily its railroads which were necessary to cut through the mountainous terrain of the region in order bring shipments of produce to the nations ports for global export. The idea of a canal built to link both coastlines of Nicaragua is starting to gain traction, and several congressional meetings have been held to entertain the idea.
Goals: Secure its continued independence from its neighbouring powers of Mexico and Gran Colombia, to forge alliances with Europe to strengthen its position. Build its own alternative to the Panama canal.
Point of Divergence: July 1823
History: Almost three years after the Mexican War of Independence that overthrew the government of New Spain, the First Mexican Empire collapsed in on itself largely due to internal strife and multiple armed revolts against the monarchy which would eventually force the short lived monarchy to unwillingly abdicate the throne, handing over power to a provisional government that would eventually reorganise itself into the First Mexican Republic. During this tumultuous period of political upheaval, the southernmost Mexican States took this opportunity to declare their independence from the now defunct empire, having spent years feeling disconnected from the politics of its northern neighbours.
However, many in knew that Mexico would not stay dead for long, and fearing retaliation from the First Mexican Republic the newly independent states chose to form a defensive treaties of their own to rival its neighbour, which would eventually coalesce into the founding of the Federal Republic of Central American States.
Despite its newfound unity, there was no hiding many of these newly founded states possessed deep political divisions between conservative and liberal factions in government. Fearing that this would lead to a future civil war, the treaties that would go on to form the Federations constitution would considerably limit the power the Congress and the Senate possessed. The signatory states would only acknowledge the federal governments supreme authority over matters of military defence and international relations, although many branches of governments would be formed that the states would willingly heed the authority of.
The newest member of the Federal Republic of Central America is the nation of Belize, a former Spanish territory turned British crown colony which was granted independence from Great Britain shortly after the Great War. Sparsely populated and largely English speaking, Belize petitioned for membership within a short few months of its independence largely for its own protection. This led to English being recognised as a regional language and the addition of a large African minority to the nations populace.

I hope the Germany Player is OK with our nation being a keen importer of its wares.
Sorry for the long delay - overall the app looks great. One small mention - the Tech Tree section should simply contain "Spanish", as that's going to be your tech tree, that specific field in the app is meant to represent domestic tech only.
And the mentions of German licenses go in the military section, where they are - so with that little fix, accepted!
Edited, am I good to go?
