Can't challenge other nations; reCAPTCHA doesn't exist

Every time I try to challenge another nation, this happens:

Botcheck failed! Please complete the reCAPTCHA.

...But there is no reCAPTCHA anywhere. It just doesn't exist. So I can't challenge anyone.

What browser are you using? That may be affecting it.
