These are just a few examples of the dire situations that will be drastically affected by this act. I am all in favour of the Identity Fraud Proposal, but it has this one flaw that government security agents can’t disguise themselves.

We would advise the ambassador from The Holy United Planets that amendments to resolutions at vote are not in order. If the resolution passes, it would be in order to repeal that resolution and then replace it with one containing the ambassador's desired clause; alternatively, if it fails, it would be in order to submit a new proposal that contained the same.

You seem to be confusing the concept of undercover work/espionage with identity fraud and I don’t think at their core or essence they’re the same thing. Next you’ll be suggesting that actors will also be caught up by this legislation.

Also as my colleague just pointed out, amendments aren’t a thing here, please acquaint yourself with the procedures.
