Oh I had assumed as such. I was not questioning your knowledge of me, I was doing that thing I do where I hint at stuff in an overly complex way.

Haven't done as much RPing as some of the other users here, but there was one badass that still sticks out to me; if badass is the term you want to use for him: Ex-Nation Halseyist Faction's
Colonel Alexi Du Galle. Charasmatic Communist madman with extremely grandiose visions of him leading the world and an iron will to enforce it; at least in the zombie RP I played alongside this character. This description by Halseyist of one previous RP he did with Du Galle.

l) You are standing for election to lead all of alternate Russia
2) You know about at least four different freaky conspiracies, and a super hightech alien base under your country.
3) In that Alien base, you discover there is infact an entire nation under your Russia, which is best described as a cross between Nazi Germany, and Sparta.
4) They ask to meet you, so you randomly agree to go, because your insane, taking only 7 bodyguards, and a alternate German monk
5) You arrive, with your minions, over a hundred miles away from the exit to the surface, in the Palace of said region, and meet the Emperor of said underground nation, who might as well be Arnold Swaenegger on Steriods.
6) He tells you your country sucks, so you insult him and his nation.
7) He goes into a rage, and challenges you to a duel.
You agree, but insist the duel must be done through the medium of chess.
9) He apparently disagrees, produces a giant sword, and tries to stab you in front of his government and your bodyguards
10) You try to fence with him with a rapier. He stabs you.
11) You are going to die. You produce your pistol, and cheat, firing three high explosive rounds into his chest and point blank range.
12) He doesn't die...

From that point on -That- was Alexi's gutsyist moment. For those interested, he escaped with a serious chest wound, the monk, and a single bodyguard. On his way out, they killed all bar two of the senior ministers, (one was seriously wounded) and critically wounded the president, who was later murdered by the healthy minister in hospital. He also missed the run up to the elections, arriving back into the Capital after everyone had presumed him dead, on the afternoon of voting day.

On another point, I must disagree with nominating whole regions and nations. Last I looked, the opening poster said that this thread was for nominating characters for awards, not nations or regions.

Good guys: Sheikh Navarrone, hands down. Although Reichskamphen's Napoleon IV Sanglant would be a close second.

Bad guys: Balthasar Marduk. Arguably the emperor of the Old Imperium of Central Facehuggeria could also be a contender.

The only character that I actually know anything about is Mama, so I'd have to say her. Mama is pretty awesome anyway, she manages to creep the hell out of me without being deliberately threatening in the slightest.

I might be going rather presumptuous here, but I might mention my own Admiral Marcus Patinkin.

During a war with CorpSac, he was negotiating with a crazy general. When he realised the general was nuts, he decided to "fight crazy with crazy." He threatened to kill thousands of CorpSacian sailors whom Sarzonia and Praetonia captured if they "harmed a single hair on a Sarzonian or Praetonian head."

It turned negotiations around rather quickly and led to the end of the war.

EDIT: Oh, and Captain Tyler Colair of Azazia's Epsilon Force was the most bad-ass soldier I ever RPed against. Orbital insertion of special forces FTW!
