When was AN founded based on the flag?

Similar in concept to "when does the AN exist based on the flag", but this refers to founding dates. So for example you might look at the USA's flag and guess the country is about 300 years old, or look at englands flag and guess its about 800 years old. Basically, if this nation existed in the modern day with its current flag, when do you think the nation began?

Lescaaris, a progressive democratic-diarchic merchant republic in the near-future "post-post-apocalyptic" America, where society is rebuilt and new nation-states have been created while the United States government is nowhere to be found (I doubt the setting is really important and relevant though). Famous for European architecture, EDM, nightclubs, civil liberties, job opportunities, and trade fairs.

(To get a general theme-idea, Lescaarch culture is a combination of Dutch, Italian, Belgian, Monégasque, and French cultures.)

The Spartan Empire was/is a nation mainly in the Balkans, owning modern-day Greece, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Montenegro, Albania, Kosovo, some of Serbia (including Belgrade), some of Romania (including Bucharest), Turkey, and (depending on the timeline), Cyprus, Syria, Lebanon, Mandatory Palestine, Jordan, the Caucasus, and more (to be updated). This is another fascist nation of mine (I got an unhealthy amount of them despite not believing in the ideology). There is what I'd call a mirror nation of this one (-Spartan Empire-). So yeah. I don't know what else to say for the time being. :)
