I don’t think the “16-20” requirement is within the rules. I’m also pretty sure this is the same user behind Sharifistan, which, given his history, is definitely not okay in my opinion. Mods, do your thing, whether it be punishing him or not.

The player behind this particular nation is a special case, and I will be dealing with that. Just so it's clear, though, "16-20" is not broadly against the rules.
