Noting that the resolution fails to award those who do not hold citizenship for the WA member nation in which they reside with the same right to live,

Also noting that the resolution fails to take into account the possibility of water crises, and agricultural abuses,

Regretting that the resolution allows for profiteering of one of the most basic human necessities,

Noting that this flawed legislation bars a more effective resolution from passage,

Seeking the opportunity to introduce a more effective version of this resolution to the World Assembly,

The World Assembly hereby repeals "Clean Water Act".
