Free people of The Isles of Chid and South Wallace, of the South Pacific Board, and of the world. This, is a new dawn. It is the rise of new ideals, of new government, and of new leadership. For far too long, this world has been overrun by men wanting only fame and glory. There is no glory in oppression. There is no glory in authoritarianism. There is no glory in the ideals that any man must be told by his own government what to eat, drink, purchase, own, and do. A man's right to work as he will, to spend what he earns, to own property, and to have the State as servant and not as master, these are the ideals of The Isles of Chid and South Wallace. These are the ideals of The New Dawn. These, are the ideals of true democracy. I ask you all to stand with me, against fascism, against communism, against socialism, against radicalism, of all kinds. For a radical South Pacific is a failing South Pacific.

We must band together, as allies, as brothers and sisters, as freed men, to give others what we, the children of the free world, have for far too long dreamed of and achieved, the ideals of a free world, the ideals of life, liberty, and equality. The ideals of my home country, of which I lead, the Isles of Chid and South Wallace, the ideals of any truly free democracy, freedom of choice, libertarianism. The Ideals of The New Dawn.

The government of The Isles of Chid and South Wallace cannot deny the reality, that other Nation States and leaders are prospering off the backs of their citizens via authoritarian and totalitarian governments, The Isles, alongside many other free nations, see radicalism as the ultimate threat to a free world. If this world is dominated by radicalist ideologies, we have no choice but to reprimand these nations, to hold them responsible, and to berid of them in the most fitting way, whether it be through democratic election, or all out invasion. We cannot stand for a radical world, because a radical world is a failing world. Rise up, speak out, make yourself heard. The people of the free world, and the people who wish to be free, must inject liberty into the veins of radical nations. The ideals of life, liberty, and equality are not a minority. The voices crying out for salvation may not be many, but it is those who stay silent who must be heard, and can incite change. We must fight for those who cannot rise up, speak out, and make themselves heard. We must be the moral and libertarian compass that this world so terribly needs. I implore you to join me in this, the ultimate fight for freedom, The New Dawn.

Members of the World Assembly, we must, as free people do, condemn the actions of radical nations, imposing influence over the WA through immoral legislative actions. We must remain a free assembly, a free world, and a free people. Recent legislative actions, the condemning of freedom of choice for health care providers on whether or not to perform abortions, large voting against the condemnation of fascism and against equality of the free peoples general assembly and the Security Council, which only benefits the nations of members within the “high council”, are a few recent examples of the abundant unnecessary legislative actions restricting the liberties of the citizens of the WA. We must fight for freedom. Freedom in occupation, freedom in open speech, and freedom in the World Assembly. We must vote to absolve the authoritarian Security Council, who have run rampant with an abundance of unfettered, restrictive legislation. Why must our nations only have a voice on an international level if we follow the rules of a select few nations, who, with their influence, continue to be re-elected, and continue to pass laws which step on the liberties of the children of the free world? It is time we rise up against this radical authoritarian government, because a radical World Assembly is a failing World Assembly.

Children of the free world,
It has become apparent that the World Assembly is attempting to use fear tactics to scare us into further radicalist ideals. The most recently “Epidemic Relief” is in fact just a large scale invasion on the private rights of healthcare and of private citizens. If we allow a universal healthcare, then we will not only suffer economically, but also our freedoms will be restricted. Universal healthcare can only be one of two things, too costly for the government, and hence, the taxpayer, or not comprehensive enough to benefit over privatized, individualized health insurance. This is why we must, as the last true free nations, vote against such a bill, which puts the hands of our citizens health, and our governments health, in the World Assembly, and in the hands of larger, often radicalized, nations. We must, as free nations do, band together with commonality, to denounce the Marxist ways of a government controlled lifestyle. We must live freely, in good health, independent from our government and the World Assembly. We must do what other, less liberated, governments have failed to do, promise freedom for our peoples. For an authoritarian state is a failing state.
