This is finally submitted, with two very minor changes: region tags applied to the first mention of "The West Pacific" after I realized there was none, and the number of World Assembly nations in Karma updated, due to the fact I searched that data well before this month, and now the number has somewhat decreased since we're seeing a current drop of WA nations across NationStates.
