If the limit is enforced more harshly now, then it's all the more important, the limit really need to be displayed somewhere.
... it sounds like some people are just learning about deck capacity and have no idea where to find it. Is there a reason this number isn't displayed more prominently, and is just tucked away at the bottom of the deck value page? Because if there's not, I think it would make a lot of sense to put that number at the top of either that page or somewhere the main deck page that is more accessible.
