AF or 'alpha flu' or 'shan flu/shengbing'(original chinese) is a strain of virus originating from bats from the higher Xiang mountains of modern-day ZN. They are all decedents of one virus and almost all have a coronal shape. The first outbreak happened in 1498. A new strain of the virus has evolved and crossed over into humans in a wet market in the ZN/Xiang province of jisanhe in it's second alrgest city Logan(angalozised) KonGen (original) in a wet market on 568 s. 402-4 n. The first victum is unknown but 11 of the 16 first dected cases have come from the place and reports from victims indicate that they got it from there. jisanhe governor, head of state ministry of health, and doctor yijun of st. peter's hospital (which has 14 of the 16 comfirmed cases) confirmed the existence of such flu in a press conference. The NDC also gains ZN's 3rd regional court to agree to give the NDC's 'operation override' allowing the NDC to take over a state's response to the virus and ignore the messages and policies of elected officials. This comes after 6 states near infected states are infected including major tourist state's and a state across the sea of xiang all the way near Hallin on the island huashan 12 kilometers from the coast of Hallin, and 1,500 kilometers from the land mass where it originating from.
