President Schirkophf looks to Braztsova and motions for his security to bring her a glass of water and a very strong pill for relieving the headache.

Schirkophf then states if we were members we would vote for the withdrawal of the old Salvage Laws as well while looking with one eyebrowel raised to Obaztsova. Schirkophf raises a glass of Texkentuck booze on ice and his posse of security and staff break out singing the Texkentuck National Anthem

."President Schirkophf looks staunch and chest out looking at all nations in the room." Then leads into a rant about the history of Texkentuck and the U.C.C.R. Then states that it's good for old laws to go and the proposal be revisited in order for our nations to stay with the times.

Then takes a quick wild puff of his cigar and screams loudly and manly Deo Gratias et Mariae !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then schirkophf takes his seat with a smirk and his face looks filled with joy..... Schirkophf continues to drink his booze and smokes cigars in the room of the WA.... Then his posse around him shout "We are a force to convey power" loud and proud....

Schirkophf goes to get up but staggers and yells very jolly good night WA member nations!! I'll be back for the next grand proposal......!!!!!!!!!!!! His security leaves with him...... His security helps Schirkophf up and guides him out of the room. One ambassador by the title of Ambassador-General William Walt VonVorkinKophfburg states "I'll be staying behind until it's time to return to the jet for ambassadors to sleep in until the next day for the next WA meeting. Schirkophf we would like to state that the replacement of this proposal is a big mile stone for this WA in the eyes of the parliament and citizens of Texkentuck. We hope that more proposals will be removed. He raises a glass of Texkentuck Booze and his security stand in attention.
