Recently Zarnicovia nova has been building 390 settlements in Tztatzikistan and taking direct control of their economy

This is a violation of International Law , because under Article 49 of the Geneva Convention, The Occupying Power shall not deport or transfer parts of its own civilian population into the territory it occupies.” It also prohibits the “individual or mass forcible transfers, as well as deportations of protected persons from occupied territory”.

Clearly we the South African Goverment and the UDAF see this as a illegal occupation

ZN opens up a new investment operation. with over 3,000 square miles under ZN company ownership. 1,000 of those have been approved for development(those far-inside R-R territories). The projects approved includes: housing, factories, power plants, water treatment facilities, universities, ports, airports, roads, and much more.

To support new tourists ZN has also built 32 new hotels. over 5,000 kilometers of roads will be paved allows trade, and people's to move, and R-R forces to move troops and supplies quickly. A few other small projects also are approved.

ZN was forced to sign it by the US when they gained independence but never followed it and then in 2002 tested their first nuclear bomb and left the treaty sighting that the US forced them to sign it(meaning they didn't sign it on their own free will) and during the US's occupation of ZN they didn't follow the convention

also no. by housing settlements I mean that they are away from other housing blocks and cut off. basically some of those private housing blocks in the US. only around 400 zarnicovian novans live in them of 1.5 million residents
for these reasons:
1. costs, undeveloped land is cheaper then developed land to buy, and second you don't have to bulldoze everything
2. war, it's easy to tell that they are owned by ZN companies so that ZN planes(and others) don't bomb them
3. ammieties, the other stuff can be detected towards those settlements.
