Almost 7 billion population and still a failed State. Everything has been 'coming soon' for decades now

Players are only allowed to reply to report posts if they are also making a report, otherwise it's considered spamming moderation.

Only if they're A. An involved party (IE, the player getting reported for example) or B. Have something else to report that's related to the thread (For example, more rule breaking behavior from the same player or other players rule breaking in the same thread)
