Anyone know how they make the tokusatsu suits?

For like henshin shows, how do they make the hemlets, and how to they get fit on the actors correctly?

For like the monsters, How do they make them? How do they get them to speak and such?

Well they make the monster suits in tokusatsu shows and movies out of either rubber or latex and they get them to talk by just having their voice actor or voice actress dubbing over the footage after filming. Same thing with the heroes in these shows, the actual cast who plays them out of costume just dubs over the voices.

I believe (and don't quote me on this) that the suit actors do perform the lines while filming though.
