Customizable Fields Issue

A while ago I had an issue with my nation where factbooks, cards, etc. went missing. Not sure if this is related, but my national religion customization thing is locked for me and says "unlockable, awaiting issue". I had this unlocked a long time now, and every since my previous issue, it's been locked. I just noticed it now because I wanted to change my religion.

It's your lucky day, as I've just assigned you issue #243 "A Question of Faith" again, meaning you are (as far as I'm aware) the first person able to answer that issue twice on the same nation.

All of the options will allow you to re-unlock your national religion; just don't dismiss the issue.
