I would like to ask a question. Because I designing a villain for my Role-Play, is my villain allowed to break the rules on flaming and trolling ?

The verdict of my question is that the villain is a fictional NPC character, while no nation is meant to break the rules as it is clear you will get a mod response. Example :


Villain : Character 1

Contents :

From Character 1 - To The God Guys
Dear Idiots and Goodies,

I will take over the world and you will not stop me haha.

Generally one RP character insulting another, when the intent is not to sneak an insult at the other player, is okay. Obviously if that insult happens to be trolling, or violates PG-13, or violates other site rules, then it is not okay.
