[The Captiva Isles]

The Emerald Club™ is a rewards and loyalty program instituted by the Bank of the Emerald Republic™ to honor its valued customers for their patronage of our financial institution. It was created in April 2021 as an 'Easter Present' for bank members abroad to select the Bank of the Emerald Republic™ as their financial institution of choice. Membership levels and perks are determined based on the tier level of Checking or Savings Account opened by the corporation, individual or nation-state with the bank. Questions, comments or concerns may be directed to the Customer Service Department of the Bank of the Emerald Republic™.

The following perks and rewards are issued in accordance with the accounts opened by
corporations, individuals and nation-states with the Bank of the Emerald Republic™.
Emerald Club members cannot be enrolled in the program twice. If more than one account
is possessed by the corporation, individual or nation-state, the account with the highest
principal balance will be used to determine the level of membership to be obtained.

Class One Members are those corporations, individuals or nation-states who have opened a
BRONZE ACCOUNT with the Bank of the Emerald Republic™. Class One Members can
expect to receive 1% Cash Back on all purchases made through their Checking Account,
an additional 1% Interest added annually to their Savings Account interest, and a one
month payment removal from the principal amount owed on any loans taken out.

Class Two Members are those corporations, individuals or nation-states who have opened a
SILVER ACCOUNT with the Bank of the Emerald Republic™. Class two members can
expect to receive 2.5% Cash Back on all purchases made through their Checking Account,
an additional 2.5% Interest added annually to their Savings Account interest, and a two
month payment removal from the principal amount owed on any loans taken out.

Class Three Members are those corporations, individuals or nation-states who have opened a
GOLD ACCOUNT with the Bank of the Emerald Republic™. Class three members can
expect to receive 5% Cash Back on all purchases made through their Checking Account,
an additional 5% Interest added annually to their Savings Account interest, and a three
month payment removal from the principal amount owed on any loans taken out. Members
can also enjoy duty-free shopping in the Captiva Isles when using their Checking Account.
