I have finished reading Fallout Equestria, which is a post apocaliptic fantasy book. Can recomend.
There is also a grimdark continuation of the original book named Fallout Equestria project horizons. Which is much darker and two times longer then the original. Not for a casual reader.

You can get them as physical books or read them both for free on Fimfiction.

I've been reading the Ethan Gage series by William Dietrich.

My wife picked one up at the local Goodwill...I read it and liked, so I bought the rest of the series. Working on catching up to where I started now. (The first book I read happened to be the 6th one lol)

I've neverbeen able to get into MLP. Though I will admit, the premise of this story sounds intriguing.

I recommend Ma-Ui Taeja by Lee Kwang-Soo.

It talks about how an abandoned prince starts from the bottom and works his way up into creating a whole, new kingdom.

Did someone just write a novel about a CK2 playthrough?
