The United International Humanitarian Cooperative is an international humanitarian organization dedicated to saving people and providing assistance to other people during humanitarian crises. The organization is an agency of the UIC, but volunteers do not need to be from a UIC nation. Volunteers in the UIHC are neutral during conflicts and are only used for humanitarian purposes. The UIHC is also used for public health issues, such as responding to health emergencies. Like the UIC, this UIHC is headquartered in Peace Island.

0. This OP is still WIP. A more detailed description and more rules will probably be added as I fix this. Also, I technically started this OP the day the UIC was created, but forgot about it until yesterday.
1. You do not have the ability to control your volunteers, but they will see action in conflicts.
2. Volunteers are volunteers. You cannot conscript people into the UIHC.
3. The UIHC is neutral. If a UIHC member decides to help a side or commits any crime (not necessarily during a conflict), they will be forced to leave the organization.
4. OOC comments go in the OOC thread, and IC ones go in the IC thread.
5. Like the UIC, commending/condemning this organization without actually applying is banned.
