After a Mass Nuking Irogg has fallen into Civil war The sides are

The Socialist Party of Irogg (SPA): A party devoted to Instituting state socialism and freedom, basically they want Irogg to be communist
People's Liberation Army (PLA): A communist guerrilla group whose goals are to install communism through brute force, sorta like the Khmer Rouge and if in power will most likely commit mass Genocide.
Iroggi Democratic Front (IRD): Out of all the Sides involved this one is the only one that wants to bring a democratic Irogg, they will try to hold free elections and institute more freedom to the people.
Irogg Royalist Party (IRP): Only goal is to Restore the monarchy, not a constitutional one, an absolute monarchy.
The Emirate of Irogg (TEI): An Islamic Extremist Group who wants Irogg to transform into a Muslim Powerhouse
The Irogg Restoration Front(IRF): Islamic group that was formed to combat TIE and are closely allied with the IRD.

Yes you can enter and the government was overthrown but the were a Military Dictatorship
