Threads refusing to be marked as read

I'm having a problem where, even after I've viewed the last posts of a thread, the thread still shows up as being unread. Specifically, these three threads: viewtopic.php?f=12&t=502071 viewtopic.php?f=12&t=441692 viewtopic.php?f=16&t=2799

I've viewed them and refreshed my page multiple times already, which hasn't seemed to fix it.

Thread was acting the same for me. Not sure why, but if you hit the Mark Threads As Read link at the top right, it will mark all the threads in your current subforum as read.

viewtopic.php?f=12&t=502071 This thread’s most recent post is from this user who appears to have been deleted: memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=1465515 called “Vulpeses Legion” but no post be this user is in the thread.

When the post is either self-deleted or mod-deleted, that notice does not get removed. It's normal behavior for the forums.
