It has come to our attention that the International Defence Shield Force is seeking military arms for free. Whilst we cannot currently justify giving away large amounts of firepower for nothing, we are able to make a very generous offer to your organisation.
It was recently announced to the public that the Countesian Federal Army is planning to scale back its fleet of HMBT' S and MBT's and refocus its munitions and manpower towards our ever expanding arsenal of self propelled artillery peices. As a result of this move, we will be left considerably inundated with mothballed vehicles that we would otherwise sell for scrap or place into reserve to collect dust underground. Your plea for assistance presents us with a promising opportunity to shift a handful of these peices of unwanted military hardware instead of locking them away.
As such, we are prepared to offer the International Defence Shield Force 30 HT-3 Dorian Heavy Main Battle Tanks for a heavily discounted rate of 2.3 million cr per unit. Just to put this into perspective of how lucrative of of a deal this is, a brand new a HT-3 fresh from the conveyer belt costs approximately 5.7 million cr to produce.

After joining IDSF, the Dictator is intrigued on how well equipped the organisation is as a whole. General Chul, head of the Jong Unian armour and vehicle development department (JUAVDD) storms in and drops this onto the Dictator’s desk and, in a exacerbated tone, says:
“Your esteemed almighty-ness, as I am the head of the JUAVDD I see it necessary for me to report back on our findings of this proposed “tank”, if that’s what you want to call it”, he scoffs, I and my engineers have identified a number of inaccuracies and possible problems we believe need to be addressed.”
He Begins...
“ 1) It seems like a logistical nightmare a 78 tonne tank would be a pain in the regime for most logistical systems, and good luck trying to cross bridges with multiple of these things. Member states would have to have major infrastructural overhauls to accommodate such vehicle. Not only that but putting these things in aircraft to be moved would be interesting too.
2) The weapons system makes no sense, not to sound negative but more guns equals more weight and recoil meaning a bigger tank and thus target to hit. I just don’t see the benefit of having two guns it brings about more negatives than positives.
Not only that but the weapon system itself seems flawed. From what they have provided us on the diagram, it appears the barrels of the two guns are fixed in position on the mantlet meaning they cannot elevate or depress without moving the whole tank I see it has hydropneumatic suspension so it can elevate and depress but the shape of the tank just suggests that it’s elevation and depression angles are limited, this thing isn’t a Strv 103. It also means it cannot fire on the move another limiting factor in the fast paced battlefields we see today, besides moving a nearly 80 tonne tank would cause immense stress to the hydropneumatic suspension I can imagine this lasting as long a pro-democracy protest in the street”, he says in a joking manner
“ 3) The turret proportionally doesn’t seem big enough to fit two fully sized humans in a manner that is somewhat comfortable for them to operate in for extended periods of time, add onto the fact that there are two 130mm gun breaches in your face and then the auto loading system which can be no way small plus the ammunition itself, it starts to paint a very cramped picture, perhaps we would have to surely genetically engineer smaller crewman to fit in that thing”, he looks towards the Dictator and winks, the Supreme leader responds “don’t even think about it, we had trialed that before with apes and look what happened”, as they both stare at the rather large Gorilla shaped skull hanging on the wall.
“ 4) The sights of the machine confuse me too, we can see what appears to be a sight between the two guns and a commanders cupola toward the rear of the turret that is quite low and masked from the from by this other large sight, so good luck seeing out of that. What really baffles me is the fact we can clearly see two Muzzle reference systems on the muzzle of each barrel yet they are mounted perpendicular to the gunners sight, they are sideways to the thing the gunner looks through so how on earth does that work, he smirks, the gunner would have jump
Outside the tank that or somehow extend himself and turned sideways, he then erupted into laugher as the Dictator stares at him with a stern look “my apologies most glorious leader, but you see this vehicle has many flaws that cannot be overlooked, let’s just say I wouldn’t want to put Jong Unian crewman in that thing.
5) Finally, the power plant and claimed speeds are just ridiculous, there is no way 78 tonne vehicle is going to get up to that speed consistently and in a quick manner, never mind the fact that it would get bogged down easily and if you throw a hill into the mix then it’s not looking good for the thing.
I just believe most glorious leader, that this vehicle is not beneficial to the new organisation we find ourselves to be a part of, it would only be able to fight on flat ground effectively for heavens sake, perhaps gaining further clarity on the matter from its creators would be beneficial.”
He finishes and promptly leaves, leaving the Dictator with concerns about the vehicle as a whole, even possibly considering offering the Oppressor 2 MBT for export...

Accepted. You are authorized to use any method you see fit to bring Yukon back into IDSF control.

The MAR5-C stands for Molopovian Assault Rifle 5, variant C. This specific model has been adjusted for accuracy and durability. The Molopovian Munitions Ministry is willing to donate these units to the IDSF due to these being unused (our factory producers over-estimated and produced spare weapons, more than needed.)
