Headache (24/44), Pain with urination (12/44), Coughing blood (35/44), Abdominal Pain + Vomiting (12/44), Knee joint pain (35/44).

Recommended Symptomatic treatment for hospitalized patients:
PO Vitamin C 1,000 mg daily
Vitamin D 2,000 Units daily
IV normal saline - IVF is necessary in all patients diagnosed with Omega virus as it attacks the kidneys and causes severe inflammation of the bladder and urethra.
IV Zofran and IV PPI/Pepcid - patients have severe abdominal pain and majority cough up blood.
TNF inhibitors were used in 10 of the patients and their knee pain and headache was resolved and they had quicker resolution of symptoms

Deaths:
Of the 44 patients 8 patients died: 2 patients died from kidney failure as dialysis was not available. 3 patients died from massive pericarditis resulting in cardiac tamponade and the remaining 3 patients have an unknown cause of death and are under investigation.
