So who can attend?
As mentioned, children of nobility, royalty, heads of state, celebrities, captains of industry and so on. Anybody who can rub elbows with royalty is certainly good enough to attend. And while the Princess is the focus, some teens are able to attend as she has an older brother and older sister in their teens and they certainly don't want to be bored through the whole thing. So feel free to bring along an older sibling or cousin or whomever would be appropriate to mingle with the older Princess and Prince.
Who cannot attend?
Really, there aren't going to be a lot of restrictions except I must ask to not get crazy with security details, trust and leave the protection to me. Besides, this is a nice friendly fun party, there's not going to be anything crazy happening.

If you are receiving this letter, than you are the sons and/or daughters of royalty, nobility, head of state, head of government, or other VIP person from your nation. Her Royal Highness, Princess Chrysanthe Latimer is celebrating her ninth birthday and would like to ask others to share in her special occasion. If you'd be interested, than please join Her Highness in the gardens of the Castle Lieke on the afternoon of [date and time here; really whenever I start up the IC thread]. Further details of travel arrangements and accommodations will be sent upon an RSVP acceptance of this letter. Should your young guest require a chaperone, we would highly encourage an older sibling or near relative to attend along with them and they may mingle with the Young Princess Peri, aged 14 and Prince Linley, age 16. No gift will be required, but we would encourage a simple birthday card.
We hope you will attend the Young Lady's party and share in good company with her. The Young Princess certainly has her heart set on this and she'll be looking forward to being a gracious hostess. We hope to hear from you soon.
