The Republic of Mendoza is a micronation based on Western Sahara or Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic. It was created in May 2020. Currently, it's a one-party state with very limited recognition but disposed to an open market.
La República de Mendoza es una micronación basada en el Sahara Occidental, también llamada República Árabe Saharaui Democrática. Fue creada en Mayo 2020. Actualmente, es un estado unipartidista pero dispuesto al libre mercado.

No. The hammer and sickle is considered an extremely offensive symbol in Radiatia, given that communists were responsible for the deaths of 10 million people and as such micronations bearing such a symbol on their flag tend not to fare well when matters of official recognition are at hand.
