How can I avoid bans and what are the punishments for differerent infractions

What will you get banned or get a warning from
Like for example, if you insult someone on the forums or when you get multiple WA accounts
Can you tell me the warnings list, like what will get you an unofficial warning or a permanent ban.

The severity of actionable behavior and your history of violations is what determines the moderator response to it. Which rule is violated doesn't really have anything to do with it.
