How many factbooks can a nation write at the maximum and how long is the limit can a factbook be?

There's a limit of 25 factbooks (but dispatches are unlimited [except for a weird glitch where hitting the 25 factbook limit prevents you from making new dispatches, but as long as you have less than 25 factbooks, you can create unlimited dispatches]) and, per this post there's a character limit of 102,241 characters per factbook.
