OFFICIAL PROCLAMATION FROM THE SECRETARY OF SATE


In accordance to the Deisolation Act of 2010 passed by the Parliament of the United States of Qwiuedh, it has been decided by the Prime Minister, The Secretary of State, The Prime Minister's Cabinet, and The Parliament to open the border of the nation to diplomatic activity. If your nation wishes to establish an embassy in our country, we will welcome you warmly.
All Embassies wil be located on Embassy Row in the capital city of Idaho. There are currently 100 spots open, and more space is being made. If you wish to send architects from your own country to help with construction, please indicate so on your application. If you wish to make a special request for the blueprint of your embassy please indicate so on your application. If you have any special requests regarding the scenery and/or surroundings of your embassy please say so in your application.
Although your embassy is under the sovereignty of your country the Government of Qwiuedh would still wish for you to respect the laws of Qwiuedh.If you are to carry substances considered to be illegal in Qwiuedh please retain it in your embassy. Failure to do so will result in the ejection of your embassy. Diplomatic immunity will be granted upon the arrival of your ammbassador and staff.
When you submit your application, it will immediately be taken into consideration by the Parliament of Qwiuedh. It will first be taken into consideration by the Parliamentary Foreign Relations and Cooperation Committee. After hearing testimonies {during this process will would like for you to send representatives from your nation to give a testimony}, and debating, it will come to a committee vote. Should it pass committee, it will then come to a parliament vote. Should it pass parliament, the Prime Minister and his cabinet will review the application and then vote on it. Should the majority vote in the affirmative, your nation's leader will be immediately notified.
