I was in my region and was thinking of editing the welcome telegram, however, the only way I can do that is if I delete it, and then retype it.

I do usually just copy/paste it when it needs an edit, however, it would just be easier if there was a way to edit it directly without deleting it altogether. What do you think?

I agree, this is one of those small little features that would help nationstates.
