I want to embrace my stats and make my RL love of sushi official. Please give us a National Food option!

It can be another unlockable, like Capital, Leader, and Faith. Maybe at 2 billion or 5 billion?

Exactly. If national food was added, I'm sure people would ask for a million other custom fields like national sport, time zone, internet TLD, and whatever else you can think of. It's best to just write that on a factbook.
