I hope you have good reasons for defending and trying to protect the PRC. I prefer calling it the Wuhan Virus because China is too large and many believe it originated in the city of Wuhan. Are leftists also angry we say 'Lyme Disease' (after all, Connecticut is a blue state)?

Since when has the term Wuhan virus been deemed actionable? It's purely a geographic descriptor just like China virus. Unless that's suddenly actionable as well? Wuhan coronavirus is a common term widely used by Apple Daily and Taiwan News. I myself have used the term on multiple occasions without issue. NTD News and China Uncensored refer to it as the CCP virus. Is that actionable too? I have also used the terms China virus and CCP virus on at least one occasion, sometimes with a disclaimer, sometimes without, with the sole reason of emphasizing the disease's origins and the CCP's role in the spread of the coronavirus pandemic.
