One of the workers finally find the correct valve, But just when he is about to Activate the cooling system, A earthquake happens, But they live in a area where Earthquales are ver rare in this region, And the earthquake suddenly stopped? And that's when it hits the workers
It wasn't a earthquake, it was just a shockwave

And oh boy, we made a lot of these bombs, And they were detonated all over germany, And needless to say, Germany nowadays is a radioactive Crater that nobody wants to touch."

"So after the war in 1915, There was a massive surplus of Processed Uranium, And the Goverment needed some way to get rid of them without irradiating the Atlantic, They were thinking of ideas until one day, A scientist busted through the doors of the white house and presented a idea to the president himself. Basically, if These uranium can produce enough Energy That Spins a wheel, it can produce electricity, and we wouldn't need Coal to power our lights anymore.
So the goverment approved to Construct a "high Power Atom power plant" At Some patch of desert in northen Texas, just to test the waters.
So, things were going all fine and dandy until 3 days after the Plant was running, Turns out- The uranium generates A lot of heat, and it needed more Water in order to cool it down. Only thing is, The workers realized that too late, And the Plant Exploded."

"The explosion Was like the Atom bomb, Tenfold. Meaning that the entire region was a Radioactive wasteland, the Entire state was evacuated, And nobody has ever heard anyone going into northen Texas, and combing back out alive....

A goverment Sponsored group of Settlers and whatnot formed the City of Cittleg, Just 12 miles into Texas.
