Vostroya Int'l Aiport is Ready to Welcome the Arriving Representatives and Delegates

Vice-Admiral Émeric Tokuda, soaring at an altitude of 40,000 ft, tries to rest his eyes, but a blaring voice over the intercom wakes him.

"Finally" The Vice-Admiral mutters to himself. It's been a long flight to Antarctica. Émeric still found it difficult to believe that there were people living down here. A lot of people.

The Major Commander of the Armed Forces of Anentova,Nicolas Vincent has been sent to make a trip to personally attend the meeting in which he will represent his nation as well as discuss with the other representatives and delegates of the partner nations who will also be present.

During a take off on the State plane, the Commander had to get up early to obtain all the information about the nation from The People's Republic New Antarcticania since, ignorant of him, it would be the first time he would know about this nation and knowing that more countries would be there, he was forced to give a brief review of the history of each nation.

I feel like I'm going back to World History class- commented for himself.

The plane was preparing to request a landing permit for Vostroya Int'l Aiport which was accepted for minutes later to land.

As soon as he left the plane, the Commander stretched out after sitting for several hours of travel, suddenly he felt stunned by the change in temperature, feeling him colder in the face of the hot climate of the nation.

Nicolas Vincent sighed and then headed for the central buildings of the Global Socalist Defense Pact.

During his tour, he noticed the looks of the civilians who saw him astonished by his appearance, it was not normal for them that a person of such physical characteristics was in the country and they knew that it was something important.

It is not very common to see people from Anentova - commented the driver.
After several minutes, Major Commander Nicolas Vincent had arrived at the Global Socalist Denfense Pact main room.

Vice-Admiral Émeric Tokuda makes his way in to the GSDP building. The construction was sleek and modern, sharp edges and simple geometry. Émeric was impressed. He made his way through the lobby and into the elevator.

The delegate from Anentova, Major Commander Vincent, was already waiting in the room when Émeric arrived.

"Bonjour, camarade." Émeric held out his hand to the Major Commander. "It's a pleasure to meet you, i've been looking forward to it."

"Bonjour comrade, it's an honor to meet you," he commented with a friendly expression.

"I am the Major Commander of the Armed Forces of The People's Commonwealth of Anentova, Nicolas Vincent" he sighed deeply after saying this.
"We are grateful to be part of this agreement that will undoubtedly help to protect our nations and also serve as the pillar to build new relationships with other countries... sorry for how much I talked, it's part of my protocol as a delegate."

Vice-Admiral Émeric Tokuda makes his way to the war room, nodding at the two saluting guards. Sitting down, the meeting is called to order, and Émeric takes the stand.

Camarades, First, let me say, that this alliance has been a long time in the making, and I would personally like to extends my thanks and congratulations to all the people who worked to make this happen. In particular, I would like to thank the delegation from Antartica for hosting this alliance, and for their commitment to the cause of global socialism. For too long, the capitalist hegemony has gone unchallenged. A counterweight to the imperialist alliances of the world has been sorely needed. Today, that vision is a reality."

"Furthermore, I am pleased to present the first order of business. In the far off nation of Nicastia, the oppressed indigenous peoples of Sonaland have risen up in a war of independence. Our delegation can confirm that the government of the Socialist Republic of Somiens-et-Haveras has already made preparations for a diplomatic mission in support of the Sonalandic people. We have been asked to request further support from the nations of the GSDP in our endeavor to support Sonalandic independence."
