For those who don’t know this website should help.

I’ll start.

User Control Panel has the alignment of a chair, and by that I mean true neutral.
鬼 It is the year 1,564 C.E. and Japan is on Fire 鬼
Shin-Makai is an empire that was born out of the ashes of an old hell. The nation has recently undergone a series of reforms aimed at making sure that it turns into a land that isn't hellbent on torturing its citizens. Yet even so, the ambitions of the Demon Emperor lies even outside its borders.

Chaotic Good.
A relatively small, independent kratocracy encompassing the Crimean peninsula.
Famous for its might-makes-right approach to everything, callous stance on organized religion, vampire pseudonobility and viking-esque naval raids.
Chaotic neutral? Chaotic neutral.
Current year is around 800 AD.
NS stats most certainly aren't used.

The Victoran "Empire" is a FFT Interstellar Alliance/Federation with a Roman and Gothic aesthetic that is engaged in a Great Crusade against 'the Enemy'. The setting is a horrid combination of 40k and Doctor Who. No, the Empire isn't oppressively imperialist. No, the Empire isn't British nor is it's name referencing Queen Victoria.
NS Stats are for nerds. I don't use them and neither should you (if you must, use stats as an indicator of the "average Civilized World"). With that said, according to this index, the Victoran Empire is a Tier 10, Level 8, Type 9 civilization with a Power Comparator of 3.9

Our Minister of Being Marginally Better Than Average at Guessing Things suggests that the tabletop alignment of the above nation's leader might be something resembling Lawful Neutral. There are troubling areas which tip the scales into Evil, though not quite enough yet to eliminate the obvious presence of Good.

There's basically no information on AL, but judging from the state of their country it seems to be that their Sultan would be Lawful Neutral, blurring the line with Lawful Evil.

I'll assume True Neutral, since I couldn't find anything on the guy other then his name. That seems pretty darn neutral to me.
