For far too long regions in nationstates have recruited nations in wimpy ways like “recruitment telegrams” or “adspam” or “threatening to coup one’s favorite GCR”. This has changed.

Effective immediately, we will now require that nations who’s names start with the letters A through J move to the region. This is mandatory. Those who refuse to comply will be subject to the Punishment which we cannot name, but totally exists.
